Weatherization Program

How it works

Clark Public Utilities says its weatherization program reimburses a portion of your weatherization expenses. The program applies to existing homes and manufactured homes that are electrically heated.

For existing and manufactured homes, the utility requires the weatherization work to be done by a contractor participating in its Contractor Network.

What the money covers

• Crawl space air sealing: $100.
• Whole house air sealing: $300.
