2. Wildfire Risk Disclosure

In accordance with California Department of Insurance regulations and the "Safer from Wildfires" framework, Cindera Inc. provides homeowners with transparency regarding their property's wildfire risk score.

Our assessments are based on publicly available data, satellite imagery, and on-site inspections. While our hardening measures follow the latest scientific recommendations from IBHS and CAL FIRE, they do not eliminate all risk. Homeowners should always follow local evacuation orders and emergency protocols.

3. Professional Licensure

All physical hardening work performed or managed by Cindera Inc. is conducted by licensed California contractors. Cindera Inc. maintains all necessary business licenses and insurance required to operate within the State of California.

4. Shine the Light Law

California's "Shine the Light" law (Civil Code Section § 1798.83) permits users of our Service that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
