How it works

The City of Spokane is offering a free solar-powered, motion-detecting residential light through the Spokane Safe and Bright Residential Light program. The goal is to help residents illuminate commonly dark areas in their neighborhoods and proactively reduce crime.

Spokane Falls Blvd., to pick up the light. IDs are checked at pickup.
