Emergency Repair Loans

How it works

The Emergency Repair Loan Program provides up to $10,000 in assistance to eligible Cumberland County homeowners through an interest-free deferred loan. The loan is secured by a mortgage recorded against the property. Work must be approved through the application process before it begins.

What the money covers
