How to apply
The county says eligible properties may receive a letter, but homeowners who did not receive one may still apply.
- Complete the grant application and submit it to SCPHS.
- If selected, the county sends an award letter stating how much will be reimbursed.
- After acceptance, the homeowner hires a licensed Professional Engineer, gets a permit, completes the work, and then submits a reimbursement request.
