How it works

Wayne County says it partners with the Housing Council at PathStone, NYS Housing and Community Renewal, and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to help homeowners who need repairs but cannot afford them. The program is aimed at owner-occupied homes in Wayne County where repair cost is the limiting factor.

What the money covers
