How it works

The Senior Home Improvement Grant is the senior version of Union County’s home rehabilitation assistance. The page says it is available to eligible Union County residents to help with home rehabilitation and that it is administered by Development Directions, LLC.

What the money covers

The grant follows the same rehabilitation scope described for the county Home Improvement Program, including:

• repair or replacement of substandard heating, electrical, and plumbing systems
