How it works

Hunterdon County’s Housing Rehabilitation Program helps eligible residents correct home problems that must be fixed to meet code, prevent further deterioration, or keep the home safe to live in. Applications are available at county offices, by download, or by mail request to the Hunterdon County Housing Rehabilitation Program, P.O. Box 2900, Flemington, NJ 08822. Applicants must complete the application in full, including income verifications, and mail it in. The county says the application will not be considered until it is complete.
