How it works

The Tulare County Resource Conservation District (RCD) says this partner program is part of the Regional Conservation Partnership Program (RCPP) and that financial assistance may be available. Homeowners or landowners start by completing the program form on the RCD website, which asks for basic contact information, whether they have worked with the Farm Service Agency (FSA) or NRCS before, whether there are dead or dying trees on the property, acreage, property location, and a brief description of the concern.
