How it works

The Southern Housing Region program offers Community Development Block Grant housing rehabilitation funds as 0% interest loans for eligible households. Applications are accepted first-come, first-served, and there is no cost to apply. Before applying, the county says you should contact MSA Professional Services to verify funds are available.

What the money covers
