How it works

• Repairs caused by deferred maintenance are not eligible.
• Damage not due to severe weather is not eligible.

The county’s announcement says the program is funded by a grant in the amount of $928,877.

How it worked

The county said once nonprofit partner organizations were selected, homeowners would have an opportunity to apply for repairs to be completed on their homes. The county said more information about the homeowner phase would be released later.

Timing and deadlines

The county’s news release said nonprofit applications were accepted until 3 p.m. on Wednesday, April 18, 2025. The homeowner application phase was announced as forthcoming in that release; the current county page should be checked for whether that phase has opened.
