How it works

ND Help for Homeowners, also known as the Homeowner Assistance Fund, provides a one-time lump sum mortgage and utility reinstatement assistance grant for eligible homeowners. The state says the funds are intended to complement solutions offered by mortgage servicers.

What the money covers
