Critical Care Program

How it works

The Critical Care Program helps IPL better serve customers who need electricity-powered medical equipment. Critical Care customers receive advance notice when outages are scheduled for maintenance and repair. During unexpected outages, they receive priority in power restoration after IPL restores power to main lines and equipment.

This is a service program, not a grant or rebate. It does not guarantee continuous service, but it does provide outage notification and restoration priority.

How to apply
