Amounts and matching

• Minimum CDBG investment per activity: $2,500
• Roof repair/replacement: maximum $7,500
• Handicap accessibility: maximum $15,000
• Painting assistance: maximum $7,500
• Electrical panel boxes: maximum $7,500
• Bathroom rehabilitation: maximum $7,500
• Sewer plants/septic systems: maximum $4,000
