Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP)

How it works

The Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) is a statewide program run through the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority. IHCDA says the United States Department of Energy allocates funds to IHCDA, which then passes them to local service providers to perform weatherization work for qualified Indiana residents.

What the money covers
