Rebuild Dublin-Laurens

How it works

The City of Dublin created “Rebuild Dublin-Laurens” as a local recovery program tied to Hurricane Helene damage. The official application is a form for roof damage repair or stump removal, and it directs applicants to submit the completed form to the City of Dublin or the Laurens County Board of Commissioners office.

What the money covers

The application title specifically names two covered items: roof damage and stump removal. The form does not provide a dollar amount, reimbursement rule, or list of approved contractors in the source material available here.

Timing and deadlines

The source document is a live application form, but it does not state a closing date in the material reviewed.

How to apply

Homeowners complete the application form and provide the information requested, including photos of damage and/or repair. The form indicates submission can be made at the City of Dublin or the Laurens County Board of Commissioner’s Office.

Notes for homeowners

This is a local, county-specific recovery effort rather than a statewide or federal program. The official source reviewed is the application form itself, which is thin on program rules, so some details such as award amounts, payment method, and exact eligibility standards are not stated in the document.
