How it works

The City of Kissimmee says its Housing & Community Development Division can connect eligible homeowners with grant funding for repairs needed for safe and sanitary habitation and for correction of substantial building code noncompliance. The program covers single-family detached houses, townhouses, and manufactured homes when the owner owns the land.

How to apply

Applicants first complete a pre-qualification process and then are scheduled for an in-person meeting at Kissimmee City Hall. The page instructs residents to confirm the property is within City of Kissimmee limits before applying.

Important note

The city emphasizes that an address reading “Kissimmee” is not enough; the property must actually be inside city limits. If the property is outside city limits, Osceola County handles housing and community development services instead.
