How it works

The Historic Preservation Office says the Homeowner Grant application is a two-part process. In Part I, homeowners submit photographs and a general description of the proposed work. Execution of the grant

After the homeowner signs a contract with the selected contractor, HPO prepares the covenant and, once it is signed, provides the first check and authorization to proceed with construction.
