West County Individual Home Assessment and Certificate Program

How it works

Since 2014, Wildfire Partners has offered an individual home assessment and certification program to Boulder County residents whose property is west of Highways 36 and 93. A trained Wildfire Mitigation Specialist conducts the assessment and identifies required mitigation actions.

What the service includes

The program provides a personalized wildfire risk assessment. Homeowners can then complete the mitigation actions identified in the assessment. Once all required actions are completed and a final inspection is passed, the homeowner can obtain an insurance-recognized certificate.
