Jefferson County Weatherization Assistance Program (JWAP)

How it works

The Jefferson County Weatherization Assistance Program (JWAP) launched in 2026 to support residents in manufactured home communities who face environmental health, climate resilience, and equity challenges. The program began as Jefferson County’s Manufactured Home Environmental Justice Initiative (MHEJI) in 2023 and is now housed under the Sustainability Program.
