6. Wait for approval or denial by email within 48 hours.
7. If approved, choose a TVA-approved contractor from the Quality Contractor Network.
8. After installation, the contractor submits the installation information to EnergyRight.
9. Sign the loan documents electronically.
10. The contractor is paid, and the monthly loan installment is then billed on the regular Decatur Utilities electric bill.
