Anchorage C-PACER

How it works

Anchorage C-PACER is a financing tool for capital-intensive building retrofit projects. Property owners may finance 100% of eligible energy efficiency, renewable energy, and resilience improvements, with no initial cash contribution and repayment terms of up to 30 years.

Amounts and costs

The page states:

• No initial cash contribution is required.
• Up to 100% of eligible project costs may be financed.
• Repayment terms can be up to 30 years.
• A nonrefundable $150 application fee is due when the application is submitted.
• A closing fee of 1% of the total project financed through C-PACER applies, capped at $50,000.
• An annual servicing fee of 0.5% of the annual C-PACER assessment applies.
