Vendor Network Lead
Own and grow Cindera’s mitigation vendor network so homeowners can find trusted help and show that work was completed. You’ll help make the marketplace reliable, easier to use, and better documented for insurers and property owners.

The opportunity
Cindera helps homeowners reduce wildfire risk and prove the mitigation work that gets done on their properties. That only works if the vendor network is trustworthy, responsive, and broad enough to serve real homeowners in real places.
This role sits at the center of that network. You’ll recruit and qualify mitigation vendors, help define what good service looks like, and make sure the marketplace stays useful as it grows. The work is part operations, part relationship management, and part process design.
You’ll be building something practical: a vendor network that helps homeowners take action, helps vendors win work, and gives insurers and other partners confidence in the result.
What you'd do
- Build and maintain a network of mitigation vendors across key wildfire-prone regions.
- Vet vendors for service quality, responsiveness, licensing, insurance, and fit with Cindera’s standards.
- Create and improve processes for onboarding, qualification, performance review, and re-engagement.
- Work with product and operations teams to make vendor handoffs and proof-of-work flows easier for homeowners.
- Track network health metrics such as coverage, responsiveness, completion quality, and homeowner satisfaction.
What we're looking for
- Senior operations or marketplace experience, ideally in a vendor, contractor, or services network.
- Strong relationship management skills with the judgment to set standards and hold them.
- Comfort working across messy, real-world operations where process and flexibility both matter.
- Ability to write clear workflows, spot bottlenecks, and turn feedback into operational improvements.
- A practical, customer-aware mindset and a bias toward making things work reliably.
Nice to have
- Experience in home services, insurance, construction, mitigation, or adjacent field operations.
- Familiarity with wildfire hardening, home repairs, or property risk reduction.
- Experience working with distributed vendors or regional service providers.
- Basic comfort with data analysis or CRM/workflow tools.
