What you'd do

- Turn ambiguous work into clear processes, owners, and follow-through.
- Find bottlenecks in day-to-day execution and propose practical fixes.
- Work cross-functionally to keep customer-facing and internal operations aligned.
- Bring structure to a growing team without adding unnecessary process.
What we're looking for
- You’ve done operational work in a startup, service business, insurance, housing, public safety, or adjacent field.
- You communicate clearly and can make sense of messy inputs.
- You are comfortable owning work end to end and following through.
- You notice where process is breaking down and know how to improve it.
- You care about practical outcomes, not just tidy documentation.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting a two-sided marketplace, vendor network, or customer operations team.
- Familiarity with wildfire, insurance, property risk, or home services.
- Comfort working with spreadsheets, lightweight systems, and evolving tools.
- Experience in an early-stage company where priorities change quickly.
